QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality Control is where it all starts. Without a dedicated Quality Control Department all other facets of manufacturing could not do their job. Our Quality Control Manual meets the requirements of MIL-I-45208a, MIL-Q-9858a, and is ISO Compliant. Our 15'x15' temperature controlled inspection room is equipped with an extensive range of inspection tools and gages. Material, plating and post process certifications are sent to the customer with every shipment. Every job that is run gets a detailed inspection report sent with the parts when they are shipped to the customer.
